 I have received another request to encourage residents to respond to a development planning application. You have until Tuesday December 23rd to respond to planning application reference 03/02523/PFUL 3 - Erection of new Decking (at rear of) 14 Park Terrace. The decked area will be 40ft x 20ft and some residents are concerned that it will overlook their properties and set a precedent for development of the wooded slope below Park Terrace.If you want to view the plans for the development you can ask Barrie Bailey of Idle Rocks, Clare Valley, Tel 0115 9473934.
