Park NewsThe newly appointed Crime Reduction Manager at Canning Circus Police Station has written to introduce himself and to establish some contacts within his patch which includes The Park.

Having found your website, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Michael Powis, the newly appointed Crime Reduction Manager covering the Canning area of the City. I take on the position previously held by Steve Walsh.

Responsible for the areas of Canning, Leen Valley, Lenton, The Park and Radford, my role is predominantly concerned with preventing crime before it has chance to occur, and to help prevent those who have experienced crime from becoming repeat victims of crime.

I am eager to establish links and contacts with in the community and I am committed to being both approachable and visible with in the community.
