Park NewsKeen runner (33m) looking to run around 10 miles each sunday ( when there isnt a race !! ) - welcome to join me :-

Suggested circuits would be; Holme Pierrepoint, Wollaton Park, The Boulevards, Colwick Park.....any suggestions appreciated ! Pace not of utmost importance though as a guide between 7 and 8 min mile is sunday trot! Set off from Castle Gate at 10 am Sunday mornings - call James on 8473891 to confirm or just turn up . If I arent there by 1o mins past I am either racing or still in bed!
