Harts Restaurant

Harts is probably the best restaurant within walking distance of The Park. Their arrival transformed the culinary landscape of Nottingham. They brought world-class food to the city for the first time and released a pent-up demand which still finds Harts packed most evenings and increasingly at lunchtime. They have dazzling food, impeccable service and a bright, contemporary setting overlooking the rooftops of The Park.


Tim Hart's other venture is the even more fabulous Hambledon Hall which scores an 8 (out of 10) in The Good Food Guide. Last time I looked Harts scored a very creditable 6.


There are now more than a few city-centre eateries who dare to match Hart's prices but who cannot deliver the goods. Harts remains the original and the best.
