Nottingham Park Estate Ltd

The estate management company is responsible for maintaining the roads, lighting, traffic management and communal areas. It is funded by a yearly "rent charge" levied on all freeholders. The company is managed by an unpaid board of directors and a permanent staff which consists of:

Nottingham Park Residents Association

Objectives:

To help enhance the Park as a community by encouraging and supporting activities and events.
To represent the interests of Park Residents.
To provide a communications network.

The Park Conservation Trust

A charitable Trust whose objectives are the preservation and conservation of The Park. Recent activities have been to fund improvements to The Park steps, install cast iron railings around the Circuses, and replace the gates. Chairman: Andrew Hamilton. Contact through The Park Estate Office.
