However I have found that it is often still locked at 8.30 or even 9am. Would it be possible to have the gate opened more promptly so that it can be a reliable route for its users? Thank you very much

registered: Apr. 2003 Posts: 4 Status: offline last visit: 22.11.06	I explained to company some years ago that I had bona fide reason to use this route during locked period - they kindly gave me a key to use (as a resident) - I've handed this back now as I no longer go that way at those times. You could ask? I think locking unlocking is done by a local resident - they are perhaps not consistent in their timekeeping!
