I'm one of the 30% of people who suffer from mild to severe (in my case most severe and most nights total lack of sleep) insomnia and would be
most interested to hear from other sufferers.
I have tried sleeping tablets like Temazapam and Zopiclone but they don't help and it's not a case of abusing them. Has anyone tried anything stronger.
I have tried special cds with a mixture of calming music and electronic sounds and
also spectacles that contain a supposedly calming green light - again no good.
I have not tried acupuncture nor hynosis - has anyone any knowledge of these or indeed any aid to getting to sleep.
